Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days, if the item ordered is in store or within two days of receipt of the item from one of our distributors, following receipt of payment, and are shipped via Post Canada with tracking, deposit and signature. Whichever shipping choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online if a link is provided by the chosen delivery service provider. The delivery costs include handling and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. The handling costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your articles in a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders placed separately, and shipping costs will apply to each of them. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special precautions are taken to protect fragile items. The boxes are large in size and your items are well protected.
